Return Policy
At Rowdy by Nature Collective, we stand behind the quality of every hat we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage. Any hat returned in used condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and get you squared away. For all other returns (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds & Store Credit: Once your return is approved and received, you may choose between a full refund of the product price (customer covers their own shipping) or store credit toward your next Rowdy hat.
How to Start a Return: You can always contact us for any return question at jarren@rowdybynatureco.com. We keep it simple, fair, and rooted in trust. Our premium hats are built to last — but if yours doesn’t feel right, we’ll make sure the return process is just as straightforward.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
